We offer a variety of sizes ranging from a 5×5 up to a 15×40.

What items am I not allowed to store?

We do not allow liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, food, perishables, or anything illegal or hazardous.

Do you offer climate-controlled units?

Yes, we offer climate controlled units ranging from a 5×5 up to a 10×30.

Are leases month-to-month?

Yes, our leases are month-to-month and we bill according to the day you move in. The lease will renew automatically each month until you cancel, and we do not prorate.

Can I access my storage unit any time?

Yes, we offer 24 hour access at our facility.

Can I transfer to a different unit size if I need more or less space?

Yes, you can always transfer up or down in size based upon what unit sizes are available.

Do I need to pay an administrative fee?

Yes, there is a one time $15 administration fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check, money order, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Can I set up autopay?

Yes. We can set up autopay on a credit or debit card to charge monthly on your due date.

How do I make a payment online?

You can set up an account through our website to make your payment with a credit or debit card.

Do you have video surveillance and gated access?

Yes, we have gated access, and over 30 security cameras located throughout the facility.

Can I use my own lock, or is one provided?

You will need to provide a lock for your unit. We sell three different types of locks in our office, or you are welcome to use your own.

Can I complete my rental online?

Yes, on our website you can choose the unit you need and complete the rental process electronically.

Can I move in the same day I rent a unit?

Yes, once you complete the rental process, you have immediate access to your unit.

How much notice do I need to give before moving out?

We do not require a formal move out notice.

Do I need insurance for my stored items?

We recommend that you have insurance for your storage unit, but do not require it. You can purchase insurance at the facility, or through your own agent.

Can I store a vehicle, RV, or boat?

We do not have outside parking at the facility, but have extra large units that can accommodate these vehicles.

What are your office and access hours?

The office is open Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. You can access your unit 24/7.
